Isn't there something sort of Western saloon about this outfit? A sort of Western witch? Or is it just me? Either way, here is an outfit! For the first time in what seems like an age! Who knows, I might actually start posting reguarly again one day, one can only hope. I have lots of things I want to share with you guys, so I'm going to make an effort. I'm thinking of doing a post a lot like my Choker Collection one, but with my wig collection instead. Speaking of wigs, this is one I bought from a UK wig company a while back for a play I was in, but recently re-did the fringe, since my first attempt was poor. I really like how it turned it, and it's one of the few wigs I own which I think looks okay without any kind of hair accessory, my others usually need a hat or something to look more natural...in a wiggy way.
I'm also crazy about that maxi cardigan, Boohoo sell it in a pastel blue and a pastel pink...I'm tempted to get another one, the only thing I would say is it's really long - it touches the floor when I'm not wearing heels and I'm 5'9", so for more averagely heighted females it may be a little too long. Anyway, I really love this outfit, someone called me Morticia Adams, which I think is constantly the goal - classy, witchy, gothic. It's definitely one of my quieter looks and when I was staring at the photos, editing them, I started craving brighter wigs and make up.
In other news, I'm planning on moving out with two of my friends, which is ridiculously exciting and has started my on the path of home decor...lord help me, I already found it hard enough not to spend money on a million beautiful things but goodness, now I have gorgeous storage and display items to resist. Take a wild guess at what my next wishlist might entail. Although I'm really loving the idea of refining my current collection of curiosities and reordering them in more pleasing ways...even if my room will be small, I'm determined to make every square inch count!
P.S. sorry about the awkward photo editing...still working on that!

That wig is great, looks really natural :) The witchy look suits you very much.
ReplyDeleteNice! Long cardigans are my favourite thing; I think I might have to DIY myself a perspex belt for myself too.
ReplyDeleteWho is the wig from? I've been thinking about breaking my wig virginity with one from Geisha Wigs (so cheap!), but I'm interested if you think this one is superior.
Love literally everything about this look.. The wig really suits you and your makeup looks divine, so perfect ♡ ♡ ♡
